Katie: What's the name on the account?

Katie: What the first name?
Customer: ...Mike...
Katie: Ok, there are 15 accounts with that name. What's the address?
Customer: Its in Owensboro...
(it went on like that for a long time. At the end it turns out the guy had his bill with the account number the WHOLE TIME. I about died.)
